AMMB Holdings has appointed Voon Seng Chuan as Chairman to replace Tan Sri Azman Hashim.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the group said Voon, 60, had been a member of AmBank’s board since June 18, 2015. He is also a board member of AMMB Holdings.
Tan Sri Azman was announced last year as retiring from various AmBank holdings over a two year period.
Voon previously served as Managing Director for IBM Malaysia before moving to board roles.
